I'm a natural editor and systems builder, always looking for the most dynamic way to cultivate positive connections among inspired people. I love snapping together the pieces of a narrative puzzle and untying tricky workflow knots.
In my heart, I'm a coach. I'm a big sister and former peer and youth advisor. When a friend or colleague has an idea for a new project or needs help finding the right words, I'm the one they call! They know I'll ask the right questions, stretch their perspective, help them organize and express their thoughts, and drive focus toward an action plan.
I can do this because I've directed and improved projects and programs within a variety of industries, and across countries, using my capabilities for curriculum planning and learning development, change strategy, system creation and documentation, partnership cultivation, team management, budgeting/revenue generation, storytelling, and event production. I take on projects with a keen sense of interlocking parts and capacity to direct progress.
